Justin Souter is one of the Kiteboarding industry’s early innovators. Justin started kiteboarding in 1999 in the Outerbanks of NC. Drawing on his background teaching surfing, snowboarding, skiing and kayaking he began teaching kiteboarding in 2000. Justin’s success kiteboarding landed him a spot on Slingshots international team as well as sponsorships from DaKine and Kaenon sunglasses. Justin work closely with both Slingshot and DaKine to help make the gear both safer and more user friendly. Justin also used his teaching knowledge to help set up schools and train instructors around the world. Justin has trained and certified all Atlas Kiteboarding’s instructors and will be leading or overseeing all trips, lessons, and camps. With nearly 20 years of experience teaching kiteboarding, you will be in good hands with Atlas Kiteboarding.
